**Members Only Hotel** is a 4 star hotel in Chicago. The 800-room hotel is connected to the [hidden] Place Convention Center and Arie Crown Theater via a grand concourse pedestrian walkway and is located a ten-minute drive from downtown Chicago.

Hotel amenities include business center, concierge, currency exchange, assistive devices for persons with disabilities, laundry, dry cleaning and valet services, 24-hour room service, valet parking, and safety deposit boxes at the front desk. Guests may also enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool and full-service health club - now open 24 hours a day. Lakeside jogging paths and bicycle trails are not far away, and bike rental is available at the hotel. The hotel has one restaurant, NetWorks, on the premises, offering a menu of Chicago-style classics, a multi-layered ceiling, and booths with individual television screens. There is also a free, hourly shuttle from the hotel to Chicago's most popular attractions including the Museum Campus, Navy Pier, Water Tower Place, and along the Magnificent Mile.

Service was excellent particularly the front counter person. The hotel was not inexpensive but the location was perfect for attending any shows at McCormick Place.

Recommend to others that are attending any type of meeting or conference at McCormick Place. Could easily reach convention areas through several routes.
It could use an additional restaurant or cafe for the size of hotel. Often long lines for coffee or even soda.

It was great to be so close to the Convention Center at McCormick Place. The Hotel is older, but nice. I would stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful and great proximity to the convention center. The staff is very helpful. The view of the lake is wonderful and there is a great running track that follows along the lake. Can sign up for free shuttel to the museums too. The rooms are nicely furnished. The only thing I didn't like were the pillows.
