I was impressed with the Raffaello, especially for its location and price. It's right next to the John Hancock building and two blocks from Michigan Avenue. We were able to walk to everything. Most hotels in that location are double the cost. Parking was nearby and reasonably priced as well. The room was stylishly decorated and clean. The staff was helpful and pleasent. I really can't think of anything to complain about. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was.
