We were very pleased with this hotel. Although it's not in the most "happening" of places, it is a two minute walk from the dart train station and five minute walk to any bus stop. It was nice to have a quiet place to come back to after a busy day on the streets. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The only downside that we noticed (a pretty important one as well) is that they never followed through on a very important wake-up call that we had requested! No big deal...
