We stayed there August 29 - Sept 1, 2008. It was a great deal for us because we found an internet offer of three nights for the price of two. The hotel was very nice and clean inside and out. The rooms were comfortable, neat, very clean and the shower had great water pressure (something not every place we stayed at had during our stay in Ireland). It can be hard to find but fortunately, there were enough signs posted off the N-3 that we were able to get there. For anyone who hasn't been to Dublin, getting around is hard because street names are either really hard to find, or not there at all. None-the-less, a great place to stay
