Perfect location (within walking distance of most everything), very friendly staff, comfortable & clean rooms. Internet connection was good as well. I would stay here again.

I would surely recommend it to others. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff was nice and helpfull and the breakfast was good too :). Furthermore the location was perfect, just a few steps from Royal Mile and a view on the castle from the hotel. It was more than we expected.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was well situated for Princes Street, the Castle and transport links, although it is to be noted that Edinburgh is hilly and some people may find that if walking is a problem they may have to get a taxi to the attractions.

.There were plenty good bars and restaurants close by.

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff friendly and attentive. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was very good, even better because there was a special offer on for people staying in the hotel.

The room was well appointed and clean.

Definately not 4 star. Very disappointed. Access and parking difficult due to scaffolding outside. Good location but overpriced even for Edinburgh.

Apex City was a fantastic hotel. Rooms were lovely and very clean and the staff were excellent. Great value for money and so close to all the main sights in the Grassmarket. Can't wait to visit again.
