Bruntsfield Hotel is a 3.5 star hotel in Edinburgh.
The Bruntsfield Hotel is conveniently located in the leafy area of Bruntsfield, only a 10 minute walk from the city centre, and overlooking Bruntsfield Links, one of the worlds oldest golfing areas. The beautiful town-house building exudes character and charm and the hotel is renowned for its high levels of service. The rooms at the Brunstfield are traditional yet contemporary, and provide everything you would expect from a 3-star superior class hotel. Many of the rooms have been recently refurbished and all rooms feature satellite TV, tea/coffee making facilities, trouser press and internet access as standard.
The award-winning Cardoon Restaurant offers a variet of European cuisine while the Kings Bar serves a bar menu, drinks and light snacks in a casual atmosphere.
The room was beautifully decorated with a super bathroom. The beds were very comfortable with crisp linen. The service was very good and the bar/restaurant was also very good. The hotel had good bus links to the city centre, but it was walkable. Would stay here again.

Hotel rooms appear to be newly renovated and are very spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are well equipped with bath and shower, plus nice bath products.
The restaurant food is good and not too over priced but the service is a little slow. There was generally a good variety of breakfast items although only one hot choice for vegetarians.
The hotel is well located, it was only around a 15 minute walk from Princes Street (centre). The staff were helpful with directions and let us check-in early.
The only reason I have not given the Bruntsfield 5/5 is because of the slow service and we were initially given the wrong room which took a while to change. I would stay here again and I would recommend to others.

Nice staff.The room needs some refurbishing. Breakfast under average. Bar ok.

Attractive looking building which didn't dissapoint once inside. The rooms were excellent with a nice view across the park. I particularly liked Kings Bar which was busy but friendly and relaxing.
