Great for both singles and family groups with non stop entertainment for the kids, but quiet areas for relaxing .
Outstanding buffet breakfast in 2 restaurants.
Paid $120au a night and was very happy with the service and cleanliness of the hotel and rooms.
Food and beverage half the price i would pay for similar hotel in Australia

Would recommend it to others. The location is good and the grounds very spacious and beautifully landscaped.
Good spread and choice of food for breakfast.

Would certaily recommend the Ramayana to others, ideal location just a short stroll from the beach but dont worry about that, as it is not the pristine white sands you may imagine which is why hotels have swimming pools and this place has two reasonable size pools. The hotel is approx 40 years old and has a lot of timber, set in ornate gardens. Good size rooms with tv and DVD. Its a popular friendly place and easy to catch a taxi or just walk down the shopping strip. Breakfast is good and there are three restaurants/bar on site which have street frontage so get patronage from within and outside, big screen tv in the main one showing AFL. Band playing at night.(Food was good and prices very reasonable), Mixed bag of clientele from Asia and Australia. We enjoyed our stay, "its not 5 star but great value"

Location is perfect - beach on one side and busy Kuta on the other and the Resort a perfect haven in between. Rooms good and staff very helpful and obliging. Very good value - even for food and drinks, all of which were high quality and well priced. Resort was everything we could have hoped for.

Stayed in Bali many times chose this hotel for it's central location and high star rating. There is a substantial breakfast range supplied but the bacon comes from chicken, beef and maybe turkey when I asked if they had bacon from pig they thought it was a weird question. Finally they served a beef sausage. You beauty but tasted like a frankfurt. Failure to follow through with promise to deliver 240v adapter. No evidence of guest laundry room. No iron in room. Hotel pool like a warm bath with no swim up bar and little atmosphere despite attempts to put on shows participated in by staff who really looked like they were going through the motions because they had to. Beds short I'm 6'1" and feet hanging over bed. Made up room and left us low on toilet paper. Half a roll, no spare silly.

Two pools
Relatively clean
Good breakfast
Good value for money

NOTE: Hotel is actually on Poppy Gang 2 and sign for hotel is easy to miss when walking in direction from Jl. Legian TOWARD the beach.

Great large Family rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good price. Good location. Close to Centro, Waterbom Park and Matahari market close by. Heaps of supermarkets, and money changers near by. Would highly recommend this hotel.
