Reviews Of Alexis Park Resort, Las Vegas,

Review by: Marilyn, ,

Stayed: Aug 2009

My family and I stayed at the Alexis Park Hotel for about a week in August. We had a fabulous time. The rooms were big and spacious. The lobby of the hotel was very clean. The pool was just perfect and the staff was amazing particularly a lifeguard named Tad. He was very kind and provided my family and I with water, food and anything you asked for. It's important to be somewhere where you feel welcomed and appreciated and he did above and beyond that. All in all, I loved this resort and would recommend it to anyone who is planning to visit Vegas.

We have stayed at Alexis Park for the last four years and find it quite acceptable and it is close to the event we attend at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas. It is quiet and the setting for the hotel is quite nice. If people want luxury this is not the hotel for them but it is comfortable and clean.

good value, took forever to get checked in, gave us the wrong rooms at first(1 bed instead of 2) but quickly fixed the problem.

It had a beautiful lobby and very nice people at the reception desk. The vending machine and the phone in our room did not work.

The rooms are huge and very reasonable for the price. It's right across the street from the airport, but we didn't hear planes after 10PM.

It's two SUPER LONG blocks from the strip, so you pretty much have to drive, but you can park at the strip casinos.

Would only recommend to someone on a budget. Older hotel, not an aweful experience, but would rather pay $30-40 more dollars and stay in newer hotel.

Located across the street from the Hard Rock, this hotel without casino has free parking - rare in Vegas- and works for travelers with a rental vehicle. I would NOT recommend this hotel if you plan on useing taxi's...you may wait a looong time for one!
The rooms include fridge, sink, microwave and bar seating...but no plates or cutlery? Clean and pleasant alternative to casino properties.

It seemed like a good deal and we particularly liked the seperate bedroom because one us goes to bed early and one wants to stay up and watch tv.
The kitchen is also a great help to us. My wife needs ice packs for a medical problem and they were available and frozen.

My room was great. They were really clean and everything worked and it was very nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful and took care of everything. The grounds and facilities were impeccable and there are several wonderful pools. The pool is open from 10am to 10pm so you can always fit in a swim.

Most of the staff was great, except the female lifeguard, who was extrememly rude. The front desk staff was awesome, the best service I have ever had. I had my wedding there on July 13, 2008, and it was a beautiful place. The rooms are very nice, and large. Would recommend this to others, and definitely will stay there again.

Yes for a short stay. The hotel on the outer area is very pretty. It has a spanish decor and seemed to be well maintaind on the outside. The rooms are not up to date. They are like a dorm room with a small refridgerator and the decor seems out of date like in the 80's. The king bed seemed to be a queen size and it was a little soft. It was clean I have to say that and for the price we got it for it was worth the 1 night stay. It was accross from the Hard Rock hotel so it was convenient to walk across the street to gamble if you wanted to.
