Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel

The hotel itself was nice and beautiful, yet the service was not really what I expected.

Although My friends and I got there pretty late, I was expecting decent welcoming, but right away, the hotel clerk made mistake with our credit cards, he also gave us wrong information on hotel's amenity, and his attitude was not professional at all to back them up either. I was really disappointed. In addition, our room did not have hangers to hand our clothes for the entire stay at the hotel and the housekeeping forgot to provide us with flat sheet one time.

The close proximity to the convention center was great.
During our stay the power shut down for a few minutes which caused the water to run brown in the sink and shower...not sure how that works but it was eventually resolved. The breakfast was pricey but I guess it is Vegas. The overall experience was solid.

Great hotel for the money. No hassle of casino traffic or cigarette smoke. Only dislike was the sliding door for the bathroom. I would definitely stay there again.

Good room, modern facilities, comfortable furnishings. Service inconsistent (some staff were excellent, but others were inattentive and the housekeeping stayover service was sloppy.) Location good but the Strip and other activities are a pretty long walk (except the Convention Center, which is next door.) All in all, a good value and wonderful to be a in Las Vegas hotel without any smoking! Would stay there again but with a rental car next time.

Great location for Convention Center and access to Monorail. Friendly and helpful service, quiet and very clean. Excellent rooms and all professional staff . Just lovely and already recommended to others.
