The hotel is in a great location and the staff are nice. However, room size and cost for accomodations of a "deluxe room" are far from being deluxe. (Hate to see the standard room that we booked)
We were also told after we got into the room, "we do not book smoking or non-smoking accomodations" Just a heads up.... unless you are looking forward to sleeping in an ashtay or a room that smells like one.

Scruffy hotel, paint peeling from the wall in the room, the heating and air conditioning didnt work. Dreadful value.

For a hotel in London excellent value for money. Bedroom a little small and shabby. Public rooms all of a high standard. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. Easy walking distance to main London Galleries, and the ENO.

Our reception and stay at the hotel was great, the room was in great shape and service was great. The staff were very helpfull. Location, Location, Location....GREAT. The only negative was that although we requested a 10am check in(due to both of us traveling overnight long haul from different continents) we could only check in at 13h00.With all said however I will recomend this hotel

Hotel was clean and of great quality in reception and public areas, we were upgraded to a junior suite but our friend weren't. Although we asked for a river view and confirmed by skoosh - both rooms had views of the inner yard and cooloing pipes! Only one night though. Very nice hotel , friend standard room not brill, i would not have paid full rack rate - amount paid with skoosh was about right.
