Nice hotel, clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great location- easy for main shopping areas and main line stations.
Air con not great but thats London in July.
We stayed in an annexe next door to hotel which was nice but lots of stairs or a very slow lift!

No question: this was an excellent recommendation. Beyond the prime location and well-maintained property, everyone on the staff went to great lengths to serve and to please us. We certainly would return. While High Tea invokes sticker shock for those with U.S. currency, we'd indulge again at this hotel. The only negative was that [non-hotel related] problems with airline booking forced us to depart a day early.

I found Flemings Hotel Mayfair a very good hotel. It was extremely central to walk to the theatre and restaurants. the service at the hotel was very good and the room was lovely. would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others. It was certainly good value for the monry

Location, location, location was excellent. Able to enjoy all the sights and show within walking distance.
Breakfast was just ok.
Rooms are nice but bathroom is very small.

A reasonable hotel in an excellent location especially for the West End - no need to travel by tube/bus! Staff were generally efficient and the breakfast choice was excellent although a small point was that we were not initially acknowledged on arrival in the breakfast room. However, staff were happy to look after our bags until later in the day even though we checked out at 10 am.
Room was average size, but pleasant.
A good choice of whisky in the bar although a bit pricey!!
We would stay here again....
