Having stayed on numerous occasions i've always found the hotel and staff a true delight, and I will keep returning.

Good location for exploring the areas around Big Ben and the London Eye, great views from the executive rooms.
Paid for this upgrade but the hotel failed to alert the relevant departments so we did not get the little complimentary extras like fruit, papers and cappucinos!
The room was well appointed with a fabulous comfy bed. Breaksfast was a little chaotic, the room being too small for weekend trade. Staff were polite and friendly.

Really nice hotel in a really good location about a ten minute walk along the river from Westminster, Big Ben and The London Eye. I wasn't really expecting a River View given the price we paid, but we could just about see it from our room. The rooms were stylish, a pretty good size and also had a really big bathroom. The staff were also really helpful and efficient both at reception and in the cocktail bar. Really can't fault it much!
