The Hotel was very good value for money and conveniently situated for theatres and attractions either walking or on the underground system

I had requested a higher floor room, with a view: I was given a room on the 2nd floor with no real outlook whatsoever. Although the room itself was clean, modern and comfortable the electric razor socket did not work. Despite two requests for repair no-one appeared and I had to be given a special adaptor from reception, which was charged for (£5) but refunded on checking out. I cancelled my early morning alarm call half an hour before its time (as I was already awake) and didn't want it to go off whilst showering. They still allowed it to ring at the agreed time! Breakfast was acceptable but the fruit juice awful -simply coloured water, -nor did it improve. Overall, I found it quite good, in a great location, but felt it wasn't really good value. However,with some attention to detail, it has great potential.

The hotel was pleasant but nothing special. There seems to be a massive difference between "4 star" and 5 star in the UK. Central and easy to find. Check in and out very courteous and efficient. Room pleasant and modern, fairly quiet. Bathroom recently renovated but will need attention soon from someone who knows how to seal edges. Shower powerful and water hot, good. No mini bar. Downstairs bar looked like a school disco, chairs pushed up around the edges of the walls, very strange. Breakfast okay - both food and location, could hear every word of our next door table's mundane conversation - good luck with your divorce. Overall, pleasant but hardly luxurious in any way. Would not stay again but would recommend to someone looking for a mid-priced (for London!) weekend.

Thouroughly enjoyed our stay at the Park Inn! Was closer to Holborn tube station than Russell Square. Came up for a show in Covent Garden and was very happy that it was only one tube stop from Holborn. Went to British Museum the next day which was just across from Russell Square. Only thing I could fault was that the blac and white pudding in the breakfast wasn't very hot otherwise the breakfast was yummy! Would most definately recommend this hotel!

Our stay at the Park Inn Russell Square was very good. I would reccommend staying here, especially if you can find a good deal as London accommodation is VERY expensive!
The room was spacious, bathroom updated but small.
Reception staff and concierge were very helpful and welcoming.
Overall a very good stay.

Pleasant welcome, clean, recently refurbished room. At the back of the hotel so no view but very quiet which was better than a view.

Second stay at this hotel and cheaper through Skoosh than any other search. Stayed for a particular event at Lincoln's Inn and so was convenient. A 15 minute walk from Euston so no need for Underground. The hotel is modern and very clean and the check-in staff very helpful. The rooms of a good standard with TV, Air Con and comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet self service with a good range of food to be had. Was spending the whole of the next day in London after check-out and you are able to leave all of your luggage at the hotel at no additional cost. Very handy. Russell Square underground close by and only a 5 minute walk to the British Museum. Would not hesitate in staying at this hotel again.

The standard rooms are very small, but the apartment which we moved to and stayed has been wonderful.
For a family of 4 persons the apartment with 2 bedrooms has been excelnt and we highly recomanded.
