HOTELREVIEWS

Reviews of Royal Trafalgar London

Review by: Tariq, New Delhi, India

Stayed: Nov 2009

No I would not recommend this hotel. There seem to be a problem with their fire alarm system as it went off twice during my stay of 3 nights and we had to evacuate the hotel. I believe there is rennovation work being done on some of the floors which may have kicked off the fire alarms. The room service wad very poor, the bathroom was in a poor condition and the room did not have a refrigirator or mini bar. The price was reasonable for central London, however a lot of things that you'd expect out of a 3 or 4 star hotel were missing so my expectations were not met.
