I liked the location of the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The room was nicely decorated and very quiet. I was impressed with the service of the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

For my business, this hotel is well located - I can even walk to my meetings which is a rarity in LA. The parking fee is standard within this area and the valet are attentive.

The lobby is buzzing with activity. At times it is as busy as an airport lounge (in the morning around 8:30am) and other times it is quiet and humming with laptops.

The room is smartly decorated and with the number of rooms that they offer, I have always been able to check in earlier than the normal time.

The only drawback I see to this hotel is that they charge $20 per day to use the Equinox spa - which I understand - but they removed their own free (albeit small) workout room as well.

For this area, it is good value for the money. I recommend it to all my colleagues.

We would highly recommend the Century Plaza. The rooms have been upgraded since we were last there several years ago. HD tv, upgraded bathrooms, attractive graphics on the walls. Our room was quiet. It was nice to have Starbucks inside the hotel for a choice of breakfast locations. The concierge was very helpful. It is on the expensive side, but still a good value. It exceeded our expectations.

Hyatt Regency was a great hotel! Service was excellent and the rooms were very nicely appointed. Great location with mall across street and not far from Beverly Hills, Beverly Center and Melrose shopping. Valet service, although expensive at $31/night was very prompt and helpful with directions.

The waitstaff in both their restaurant and bar area were rude and extremely unaccommodating

Service at front desk was great.

Conceriege messed up dinner reservations and refused to admit fault.

Rooms acceptable.

Great pool.
