Saturday night very late at night (3:00 AM) there was a lot of noise by a group of people that were causing trouble. |

I stay at this hotel often because I attend annual events that are held there. The hotel isn't super nice, but they are renovating, so perhaps it will get better. IMO, it's a little pricey for the room, but is in a good location. So if you have to stay in Studio City, this is your best bet. The cafe is reasonably priced. The hotel staff was mostly great. When I checked in, there was some dry cleaning left in my room and they showed up within 5 min to pick it up and to bring me the addl key I requested. When I checked out, the TV froze and so I had to go to the front desk and that guy was extremely slow. It was 5 am and I had places to go! The place is just old, but it will do. |

Would only recommend if you need to stay in that immediate area. Accomodations were very much like a Holiday Inn. Check in was slow w/only one person working the front desk in late afternoon. When asked walking directions to the restaurant where we had a party to attend, we were told it was 3 very long blocks and we should drive. We had trouble finding it because it was not on the side of the street the front desk told us. It was also only one block away. It took more time to find a parking space than it would have had taken to walk. They sent us 1/2 dz roses for our anniversary which was a very nice touch. There was also a $10 hotel parking fee for self parking. . |

Seemed expensive, but I don't know the going rate in the area. May have been reasonable compared to other hotels. Service people were very friendly. Exercise room was a bit small. I'd recommend it. |
