The hotel has an 18 hole putting green, a 9 hole pitch and putt course, and a croquet lawn. The health centre has an indoor pool, running track, Spa pool, saunas, solarium, gym, tennis Courts and snooker and pool rooms. This hotel is set just back from junction 8 off of the M20 in acres of landscaped gardens. A charming setting. This hotel was originally a Country House and is set in 20-acres of Parkland. The lobby is fairly spacious with an area of seating. The hotel has 130 rooms, all with Bathrooms and modern facilities. All rooms are decorated in bright, pastel colors and are of a moderate size.

We were disappointed with the Ramada Hotel Maidstone

This hotel was very disappointing. For the price we paid we expected much better. The room was a long distance from reception and really took some finding along a mish mash of corridors. It was a tiny room and unbearably hot. There was a step running the length of the room under the window which was about 10 inches from the bed and my partner tripped on this twice during our stay. The bar was nice and although we didn't use it, the leisure centre looked ok. The food was acceptable and not bad value for money. We certainly wouldn't stay there again nor would we recommend it
