Family friendly

I stayed with my husband and 2 girls for 7 days. we really enjoyed the stay, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is fabulous and the rooms were very spacious, we had 2 double beds with plenty of room to move around and a balcony with a lovely view. Breakfast was a little disappointing not much variety you would normally expect from a 4* poolside was amazing, nice area to relax and have a swim. pool was a little cold but still ok to swim. staff were great with the kids giving them arm bands and swimming accessories they were always around to help. Definitely value for money...would stay again!

Problem after problem... after problem after problem.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. For around $95USD per night they had us switching rooms 4 times due to the fact that the shower didn't work in the first 2 and the door wouldn't open in the 3rd. While on our way to the 4th, we saw a huge cockroach crawling along the floor on the 3rd floor. It ran under the door to room 311. For our 4th room, we requested a non-smoking room and our room still smelled like smoke! The pool was supposed to be open until 10PM (that's what they told us) but they closed it at around 7PM the night we wanted to use it. We also were overcharged by around $15USD after we booked it online by the reception desk for no reason at all. They said we'd be reimbursed but they never gave us our money back. Go somewhere else!

It was a wonderful hotel

I will greatly recommend this hotel. From the time we arrived they were super friendly and hospitable.Recommended great places to visit and went out of their routine to please us at all levels from baggage handling ,room service, restaurant service, money exchange and trasportation needs.Rommes very clean and spacious. The cost was excellent and affordable. Certainly beyond my expectations. It was a win, win situation.Great

Exceeded my expectations

The taxi from the airport was 150 dirham, about $15 dollars. Good breakfast. Spacious rooms. Internet service not working.

Fabulous stay at the El Andalous

We stayed here last year for a night as well as this year and had a fabulous time. The hotel is in an excellent position within approximately 20 - 25 minutes walk from the Jaemma El Fna. The room was clean and we had a good view of the pool. The pool is fantastic, quite warm and has a lovely garden. It is a very pleasant place to spend an afternoon in the sunshine. We had bed and breakfast this year, the breakfast is good and has a good selection to chose from, we had half board last year and the buffet was excellent. We enjoyed it so much last year that we only wanted to stay in this hotel again this year. I would highly recommend it.
