Nice spa facilities which are included as part of the room charge - rooms while very clean and comfortable are not what I would call a 5 star' hotel.
Everything at the spa was over priced - $50 for breakfast of eggs and coffe for two is a bit extreme.
Staff was lovely and went out of their way to make the experience a positive one.

This is one of the best, most relaxing lodging experience I have ever had. The spa was amazing, the staff was responsive and the room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great experience.

Neat and clean room. Good thing I got a great rate. Service is spotty at best. friendly and distracted could be the best description of the staff. The bill is oddly detailed where each charge is separated out (not lunch $50.00 but each component of the bill given without a sum total). This makes a review at check out difficult. Poolside service very slow, but a nice pool. Waited about 35 minutes for my car (valet)with no one else waiting. i think they forgot. I would have been furious at $300 per but at $150 I can deal.

It was a great value and loved every bit of it. It was nice and relaxing. Loved the 24 hour pool, spa, roman waterfall, and sitting areas in the spa/garden area!

first day we checked in that fornt desk gave us a badly view room that feeling like we spent $200 /night stay at motel...I asked for change a nice view room at least it should looks like pic of wedsite..we changed to face garden and pool...it's really feel better..but the room is kinda small and restroom is very small too... i have to say if u looking for hotel and u'll stay most of time at room ..I wont recommend this hotel for u but .. if u're very easy going ppl and like to enjoy sun and pool ..it's nice spot for u cz.' they have really nice pool view and garden also bayside restaurant...
