I travel and spend 70% of my time in hotels, this by far was the worst, it was so bad that even though it was paid for for 3 nights I left early and had to find and pay for another hotel, I could have never stayed more than the night I did and even that was torture, it was tiny, dirty, the floors were slanted, it smelled terrrible, there was hair in the shower and doors in the hallway were propped open with dirty handtowels, also the walls were like paper, I heard every move in rooms above, below and beside me just as if they were in my same room! beyond unacceptable, the mattress was a rock and the old in window air units worked on and off, and carpet was peeling from wall, I even checked 3 rooms and they were all the same,worst experience ever!

Good, clean hotel with high quality of fittings/decoration. Couple little gripes, shower head wasn't very good, sprayed all over the place and when we turned up were given a twin room instead of a queen or kingsized as ordered which meant a little less space. Overall though fully acceptable.

Hotel is 3 minutes from a subway line. Takes about 15 minutes to get to time square. Hotel is basic but very clean. Very good for the value for new York city. I would come back in my next visit to the big apple.

The staff were wonderful, the room was small but clean, we were close to the subway and the price was right. Definitely recommend!

No. Tiny rooms. Old TV on rolling card w/ no cable, cheap armoire for closet, cheap desk lamps by bed, no chair or any place to sit. Only trade-off was location across from Central Park. Was rated 3 1/2 stars which is inaccurate. Expensive internet service in the basement room, unfriendly staff.
