Great value for money - I got a suite just for myself Managed to check in 30 mins early Breakfast was basic but adequate and nice Suite room was big and had all the necessary amenities, though rooms, and hotel in general, need little finishing touches to make it excellent hotel

Trys to be a NY boutique hotel but can't carry it off. Room very small and carpet produces lots of fuzz that gets on everything. Tub would not drain. Windows in room had been opened, possibly to air out, but brought up bad smells from air shaft and city. Staff very pleasant and bedding was fresh and clean. Below expectations overall.

The location was great. Rooms are good, comfortable and plenty of room. Just need to do some updating and refresh.

First of all, it is for sure that this is not a 4-star hotel. First day they gave us a room which was extremely busy due to the air conditioning fans of the next building. You cannot imagine how noisy it was. But next day, they moved us to a better room, which was ok. But the air conditioning in all the rooms were very noisy. I could not sleep when it was on. Quality of the bed was not good, but also not very bad. There is no room service in the hotel and the breakfasts were really really bad. It does not worth to pay even 1 dollar for that breakfast (it was free, in my case, I did not pay anything). I should say that staff were really helpful and kind to us. Honestly, I was expecting much more for that price.

The decor was sleek, clean and comfy! The staff - from the front desk to the room attendants to the bartender - were friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to help me find my way around - giving directions and recommending restaurants. As we all know, New York has a reputation of being a bit more "bustling' than other cities. But at the Eurostars, you'd never guess it. Thanks so much! It may just become my permanent "home" in New York.
PS The rates were great! Wonderful value for the money.
