Great value for money - I got a suite just for myself
Managed to check in 30 mins early
Breakfast was basic but adequate and nice
Suite room was big and had all the necessary amenities, though rooms, and hotel in general, need little finishing touches to make it excellent hotel

Eurostarts Wall Street is just ok

Trys to be a NY boutique hotel but can't carry it off. Room very small and carpet produces lots of fuzz that gets on everything. Tub would not drain. Windows in room had been opened, possibly to air out, but brought up bad smells from air shaft and city. Staff very pleasant and bedding was fresh and clean. Below expectations overall.

First of all, it is for sure that this is not a 4-star hotel. First day they gave us a room which was extremely busy due to the air conditioning fans of the next building. You cannot imagine how noisy it was. But next day, they moved us to a better room, which was ok. But the air conditioning in all the rooms were very noisy. I could not sleep when it was on. Quality of the bed was not good, but also not very bad. There is no room service in the hotel and the breakfasts were really really bad. It does not worth to pay even 1 dollar for that breakfast (it was free, in my case, I did not pay anything). I should say that staff were really helpful and kind to us. Honestly, I was expecting much more for that price.

I really felt at home at the Eurostars Wall Street

The decor was sleek, clean and comfy! The staff - from the front desk to the room attendants to the bartender - were friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to help me find my way around - giving directions and recommending restaurants. As we all know, New York has a reputation of being a bit more "bustling' than other cities. But at the Eurostars, you'd never guess it. Thanks so much! It may just become my permanent "home" in New York.

PS The rates were great! Wonderful value for the money.

We loved the location!

Arriving late in the evening we were a bit concerned; scaffolding around the outside of the hotel, the doormat looked old and there was a smell of disinfectant in the lobby...not quite what we had imagined for a four star hotel! However, our room was spacious with plenty of storage space and a good sized bathroom. Fixtures and fittings were not the latest, but everything worked, including the invaluable aircon unit. Housekeeping was excellent, with fresh laundered sheets and towels daily. There was no view from the window, just a concrete base surrounded by sky-high walls, but this turned out an advantage; we probably had one of the quietest rooms in New York and for "a city that doesn't sleep" it meant we did, every night . Loved the location, just off Wall Street, five minutes from subway stations and those NY snack cabins everywhere around. Lobby staff extremely helpful

It was our first time in New York and I was impressed with the hotel. The service was excellent they were always willing to help with directions and suggestions. The room was clean and comfortable. The decor was modern and nice. It was quiet the rooms did not have thin walls like most hotels. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

Eurostar was OK

My husband and I wanted a hotel that was inexpensive for just one night in NYC and we found it in this one. It is a boutique hotel that is cute and has a modern feel, but as soon as you walk in you can't help feeling that it needs updating. The employees at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We were immediately upgraded to a suite which was very nice. The room has a modern decor and clean but has a slight feeling of dinginess. The location is great if you're looking for an inexpensive hotel in the wall street area. We found it extremely difficult finding a taxi to go uptown however.

Minimalist

Once you get past the entrance to the Eurostars Wall Street and through the tiny lobby, you'll find the rooms are adequately sized, minimally appointed, but clean and comfortable. I even had a refrigerator and microwave. Walking distance to Battery Park, South Street Seaport. You need to walk a block or so to get a taxi, but the hotel is good value for the price ($159/night) in NYC. Annoying to have an additional tax of $3.50 a night tacked onto my bill, when I thought everything was paid for up front.

Great location very close to Wall Street and the Seaport! Rooms were nice and spacious! Bed was not very comfortable, but adequate for the two nights. I slept very well! Shower head was too low for my husband but perfect for me. All in all, good stay
