We would definitely recommend the hotel to any families with children under 10 years of age. The rooms are neat and clean and the service was great. The spa was amazing! Our expectations were definitely met and we will definitely be back!

We had a great time at the Americana Hotel this past weekend. For the price, there is great value in the package we received. The rooms were clean, the staff were knowledgable and friendly, and the waterpark is fantastic for young children (up to ages 8, I would think). Also spent the morning at the Senses Spa - amazing!!!!

yes i would recomend it to others we were expecting water park tickets ,but they end up charging us.

We had a lot of fun at the hotel. The water park was fun for our grandchildren. We were impressed with the room and the staff. It was good value for the money.

I would absoutely recommend this hotel for families with small children. The water park is perfect for young kids and the hotel rooms were very comfortable. Service staff were always freindly and welcoming :)

The rooms were average but the water park was great! I found it more suited for children than teens though - which in my case was great! Would recommend this water park resort.

We wanted to try something different from the Great Wolf Lodge, as we weren't overly impressed when we stayed there. The Americana was a much more economical option, and seemed to have everything we wanted. On arrival, we were happy that the resort was nowhere near the tacky strip of Clifton HIll. It is about a 5 minute drive from there, which was fine, and there is an abundance of chain and local restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean, the waterpark was great fun. Booking through Skoosh however meant that the waterpark was not included. We stayed for nights, and paid $40 for 3 of us to have access to the waterpark for the full day in the middle and the day we checked out. There was 1 thing that could have been better...the staff for one. Nobody really went above and beyond to impress.

We checked in at 12:00pm that day. The staff told us we'll get the room before 4:00pm. A lot of guests got the keys earlier even they arrived later than us. At 4:00pm, we got the answer -- "you have to wait, and we don't know the time you can get it." Since my husband insisted on getting the room, we got the room after waiting for more than 4 hours, that room is very noisy because it is closed to Water Park.
This is our special experince in this hotel. If you ask me to go there again, my answer is NEVER.

We recommend this hotel highly and it exceeded our expectations. For the price that we paid, it was definitely value for the money. We brought our two kids, ages 5 and 7 to the hotel and found it to be the perfect size for them. Specifically the waterpark is not as large as the other two in Niagara and had a more homey feel to it. The rooms were large with microwave + fridge and were clean and well appointed. The staff was helpful and cheerful, without losing professionalism.
All in all, a very pleasant visit!
