a wonderful place, very relaxing, top notch service. we highly recommend a local restaurant " Noca " that is fantastic as well

The hotel is so classically lovely. The bed and sheets were fantastic. The price through Skoosh was great.
The only thing that bothered me was that thousands of lights were on around the grounds, and in unoccupied rooms 24 hours per day. I know they want it to appear busy, but there was just so much energy wasted, surely costing the hotel hundreds of thousands a year.

If you can afford this hotel you must stay here, it is worth travelling to visit in its own right. The gardens are immaculate, each hotel wing is superb and the facilities and services are superb. the resort fee is a little tricky to understand but aside fromt hat the restaraunts were superb with a quality that was unsurpassed int he 4 weeks i was in the Western US. Highly recommended as a base or as a visiting stop to get over the holiday inn mentality of normal US hotels. this is a true star of a hotel.
