Location This hotel is located in the centre of Patong Beach, Phuket, and is surrounded by 20, 000 m² of tropical gardens. The complex offers guests views over the turquoise waters of the Andaman Sea. Facilities The hotel comprises a total of 152 single rooms, 40 double rooms, 12 junior suites, and ten suites. Facilities on offer include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe, and a currency exchange facility. Also available at this establishment are a café, a restaurant, a selection of shops, a hairdresser, room and laundry services, and parking for those arriving by car. Rooms All rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, and a minibar as standard. Sports/Entertainment There is a swimming pool in the hotel grounds. Guests may also take advantage of the sauna, or request a massage.

Please note that the hotel will be under refurbishment from 15 May 2013 to 31 October 2013. Guest rooms and suites rooms will be re-decorated. There will be very slight noise and no heavy construction at all. To minimize the impact, each wing of the building under renovation area will be closed at a time and not accessible to guests.

The Banthai was centeral to everything

Would Recommend, but be careful with the extras, they want to charge for everything,dirty towles, umbrellas,wireless connections, anything they can!

One of the worst

I would not recommend it to anyone. Its been one of the worse stays ever. It took 2 days for the housekeeping to repair our televison and then it was time to check out.. Be ready to spend an hour for Check in. Very Expensive hotel for the room they offer

perfect hotel, scrupulously clean, exceptionally friendly staff in all areas....just a hop, skip & jump to beach..1st calss.......we would fully recommend this hotel to all travellers....
