Would definitely recommend it. Booked thru Skoosh for the 1st time for the NIke Women's marathon. Arrived before check in time; easily accomodated us then, as well as a later departure time as I wasn't back from the race. GREAT service. BEyond expectations. ONly change would be to have a non- adjoining room; I had called Thurs to request, but they couldn't accomodate that. Still, was upgraded to a higher floor, great room.

YES I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS. THE BEDS WERE THE BEST. THEY WERE NICE AND SOFT. THE ROOM THEY GAVE US LOOKED OVER THE CITY AND I COULD SEE THE OCEAN FROM MY WINDOW. THANK YOU SKOOSH FOR THE GOOD PRICE.

Of course my expectations were not met since I was given a room with a pull out bed. The hotel overbooked so they were putting guests in rooms that only had a couch with a thin full size pull out. They said that this may not have happened to me if I booked through them instead of on the web through a third party company. I told the hotel manager that I may have believed her if my colleague was put in a better room since she called the hotel directly, booked though the hotel and paid an extra $100 per night, but guess what? My colleague also got a room with a pull out bed. After I said that, the hotel manager owned up to everything being the hotels fault. They said they would only charge me $99 for the room, but I am still waiting for the refund.

Had a great time. Saw an old child friend and he upgraded us to a suite. Great location. Great view from the 36th floor bar.
