I would recommend this hotel very highly. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and I thought it was a good value. Our expectations were exceeded.

Le Meridien San Francisco is a lovely hotel and we had a wonderful time. The service was excellent and the rooms were beautiful. I transferred to a different room after 2 nights to have a different view, but both rooms had bay views and both were very well done. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Our expectations were exceeded. I also would recommend Skoosh; everything went smoothly.

This hotel was luxurious as might be expected from its standard room rate and its location. However, the staff did not seem to be well organized. When we arrived early we were assured that our rooms would cleaned as soon as possible and assigned to us. When we returned 6 hours later, no room assignments had been made and we were forced to accept whatever rooms were still left over. I requested a wake-up for the morning which I did not receive. Fortunately, I woke up spontaneously 30 minutes after my requested wake-up time, so I did not miss my flight.

A first stay at a Le Meridien property. Overall the experience was good, but somewhat less than its reputation suggests. The junior staff at the front desk was aloof, but by contrast, the concierge desk was friendly and very helpful. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable, minus the running toilet. The bath accessories were uninspiring. My only real complaint is the excessive overnight parking charges. Good view corridors from this upper floor room.
