We rode the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) from the SFO Airport. This hotel was only a couple of blocks from the Powell St. BART station. An easy walk even with suitcases.
When we checked in, I happen to mention we were here for our anniversary and they upgraded our room to a suite. No extra charge. A very nice touch. We had a wonderful dinner that evening in the hotel restaurant.
We will certainly go back to this hotel . . . on our next anniversary.

The 2 most important things in a hotel were perfect. 1 it was clean. 2 the bed was exelent. The decor was inkeeping with the architechture, sort of 60' style. (some would call it dated) Could be perfect as a movie set. Nice clean pool.
