Good location near Chinatown and the financial district. Excellent fitness center. Front desk/reception staff could be a little more on the ball, but all other staff - from housekeeping and the doorman to the general manager - were all cordial and helpful. |

Great Hotel. Comfortable accommodations. Walking distance to Chinatown, North Beach, & Cable Cars. Short Walk (7 blocks) or take taxi to Union Square ($5). |

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are very helpful and receptive to questions. The hotel rooms have a full wall of windows (except for the corner rooms - too dark). Pay extra, if you can, for the bay view rooms. Wireless internet is free in the hotel, but you need your own computer. You can pay for the use of a computer in the business center with your credit card. There is a good quality restaurant in the hotel with a quick Star Bucks muffin/coffee place in the lobby. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and it is less than $10 cab ride from the nearest underground subway system (i.e., BART). The conference facilities are excellent. |

We were at the "Hilton" for pleasure,this location is GREAT for touristing,well located to "Chinatown"Staff was "Professional" Our fondest rememberence are the bed and "PILLOWS" the best Ive come upon.Parking is "Pricey" but was ,"As advertised" and was secure.Overall no surprises and that is a good thing. Great view of "Coit Tower" |
