We stayed here because of it's proximity to the start of the Nike Women's Marathon. It was about one block away which was so convenient. The hotel even had water bottles and apples out for the runners. Everyone who worked there was extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were small which is expected from an SF hotel but the beds were comfortable and the amenities made up for the room size. Great bath products, a Starbucks next door with a connecting door from the hotel, and a gym which I didn't check out.
I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice trendy hotel. Loved the staff. They were helpful and fun. Our room was amazingly quiet for being in the heart of the city. Only complaint was the lighting. We had to turn on all the various lamps to get a decent light. Otherwise everything was comfortable and clean.

Nice Hotel. Friendly, gracious service. Great location in the middle of EVERYTHING in Union Square! More than met our expectations. Very cool decor.

I thought the interior design was really amazing, rooms were kept up well, service by concierge and the lobby staff is top notch (very friendly and helpful). The area is pretty nice too never felt uncomfortable. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again and again.

The only thing I could say was bad was that the floors in the hallways seemed really old. A bit of renovation on some old wood floors is the only thing needed to make this hotel pretty much perfect. But honestly how much time do you spend in the hallways?

Great place to stay!!
