Stay here, you won't be disappointed. After searching websites for days & reading endless complaints about the many bad hotels Seattle apparently has, we found this one. The hotel is even better than shown & described on the website. For $158 all in (parking extra), we had a very spacious, quiet, modern, clean room on an upper floor with a partial view of the waterfront. Excellent service, very nice & inexpensive breakfast restaurant, and great view from the top floor lounge, pool, jacuzzi, & fitness room. Vibrant main floor lounge with fireplace. Great central location, only 5 -10 minutes walk to shopping on Pike and Pine Streets to the north, & the same to our train & stadiums to the south. Hotel is outside main homeless people district closer to waterfront, felt safe on all streets near hotel & to shopping district. Exceeded our expectations. Excellent value. Will stay again!

We would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes a well priced hotel that is centrally located and very clean. Great staff and a nice bar.

Very Nice Hotel But Right on Interstate

The hotel itself was very nice. Very nice rooms, excellent service on par with Hyatt and Four Seasons. Expectations were met and superb value for the price.
Only problem is that despite it's central downtown location it is right on the Interstate. If you get a room facing the interstate and traffic noise keeps you up at night this might not be for you.

The hotel is located very close to downtown and Pike Place. It is about 6 blocks away. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. The only downsides are that it requires an uphill trek to get back to the hotel, but is easier if you walk up Pike then walk up 6th avenue. If you say take 3rd and decide to walk up Madison you will feel like you are walking up stairs. Also the room is a bit noisy since it was situated near a freeway. Otherwise the place is clean, the beds are comfy, the top of the hotel has a nice view of the space needle.
