Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was okay, not the best area of town, but not too bad. There is a strip joint across the street, but we walked to many areas and did not feel unsafe. It was well worth the money.

yes It was very clean, service was great and we had a great view. It was a great value and our expectations were fully met. The location was great for downtown visiting.

Good location especially for access to Granville Island,downtown etc.Lots of road construction all around the hotel but noise not bad-access by car was on one occasion very difficult due to road closures.It was good value-enjoyed the hot tub and the in room kitchenette.The neighbourhood is still a bit sketch but looks to be on the upswing.Having White Spot on site was a plus

Staff were very Helpful.Rooms clean and recently redecorated, The White Spot resturant next door very good.Good location. In all we made an Excellent choise of Hotel. There were Three groups in our party and no one could find any thing to cmplain about

Our room was very well equipped; had great beds, fast wireless internet, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, etc. The hotel is very centrally located, being right off the Granville and Howe street ramps. The rooftop gym offers great views and has a sauna, jacuzzi, table tennis, etc. The hotel guests were noisier than expected, but perhaps that was because of weekend revelries. Overall, had a great stay here and would stay again if prices stayed around the same.

only stayed one night but found the room very clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful esp in making a dinner reservation ordering a taxi etc. Would definately stay again. Easy to find location. Would have been nice to have had more options to dine within easy walking distance but easy and cheap to get a taxi.

Exceptional value. Rooms are somewhat small but very well appointed. Location was very convenient to GM Place and that was what I was looking for. Staff were very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. Expectations were met.

This hotel has an excellent location...within walking distance of the "in" places to eat. If you don't want to spend a fortune,try the White Spot Restaurant located next door. Great staff. Would recommend it. Enjoyed the ping pong table in the penthouse exercise area. Laundry facilities on same floor. Hotel is very secure.
