All our expectations were met. The staff were very attentive and courteous and professional. The valet service was great. Everything about the hotel was clean clean clean and comfortable.
The LISTEL hotel valet parking is expensive at $24/day but for one week, it is still cheaper than losing something of value from your car or even the car itself. The hotel parking is secure because only hotel staff are allowed access to the cars within their staff-only access parking spaces...plus they have surveillance cameras everywhere so make the right choice. A WORD OF CAUTION...think twice before parking in any other unattended space whether it be on the street or parking garages or whatever...can be targetted by car thieves.

We enjoyed the Listel Hotel. The staff was very helpful. The room was well equipped. The A/C fan was a bit loud, but otherwise, we enjoyed it. In retrospect, we would have liked a room that was above the second floor; we had only a view of the restaurant courtyard and minimal art in the room.

Very clean rooms. We got a great price for a great room. My expectations were exceeded with the quality. The rooms actually looked like the pictures!

I stayed in a standard hotel room at the Listel Hotel recently. There was construction going on so there wasn’t much to see as far as the hotel is concerned. Everything was clean and the hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The location was the best part about it. It’s right in the heart of the hustle and bustle on Robson st. We were also able to walk to Stanley Park which was nice. I recommend it for anyone looking for a clean hotel with personable staff.

Nice hotel - within walking distance of the major shopping area.
Alarm clock was re-set by the maid each day we stayed there - so if you don't want to wake up at 3am or 4am, suggest that you check the alarm before you go to bed.

The hotel was very nice and I really liked the location. Walking distance to all the shopping and it was especially nice to sit in the hot tub upon our return. The room was very nice and spacious (comfortable beds) too. Valet parking was definitely worth it so we didn't have to deal with finding parking.

Most pleasant front desk staff we've ever encountered in a big city hotel.. Perfectly pleasant hotel all the way around, plus a nice neighborhood. Great value, especially in view of Canadian dollar as compared with American.

The Listel was a very nice, renovated, clean hotel, with very customer oriented staff. We chose it for the jazz restaurant and art and were not disappointed. The price was reasonable for the amenties and location.
