The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of the Piazza San Marco and also the Theatre La Fenice.
This is a very pleasant establishment in a prime location, close to the main places of interest. At this hotel there are also standard rooms, slightly more spacious than the economy ones, classic rooms equipped with air conditioning and superior rooms, with marble bathrooms. 0309 LB.
The exterior of the building is not too dissimilar from most of the other architecture in Venice. The hotel is made up of two parts, one is a four-storey red building, the other is a smaller yellow building. There is a garden patio area to the front of the red block and the hotel sits on the banks of one of Venice's many canals.
Rooms have an average size of 15 sqm. They are basic accommodations not refurbished. Rooms have courtyard view and are equipped with traditional furnishings. In all accommodation bathrooms have handle shower (some with bathtub), hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. Rooms also have individually controlled air-conditioning, satellite TV, pay Tv with a selection of Pay per view choices, minibar, international direct-dial telephone, internet connection(with surcharge) though the Television-Set, safety deposit box.
The hotel restaurant is split into two sections; one section is the garden patio area with a big blue awning which is pulled over the entire area when needed. The second is the indoor section which is spacious and decorated in white.
The lobby, reception, and lounge areas are furnished in a traditional style. The area has rugs laid on a marble floor and many pieces of Murano glass art.
