Old furniture in the rooms. Air conditioning and refrigerator did not work. On other hand, clean.
Breakfast good enough.
Good communication to Venice by bus, but the last bus at 21.00.

The rooms were clean, the service very friendly. It was quiet at night and (thank goodness) the air conditioning worked very well and quietly (it was pretty hot outside). It totally met my expectations. A good value for money. Small but nice breakfast.
