location was great for an easy-to-find place near train and bus station. room was simple but clean, a little pricey for a small room and detached bathroom, but i think that must just be venice. . . .staff was very helpful and kind. |

Hesperia hotel is in a excellent location in a quiet part of the city yet close to all transport links and tourist attractions. The hotel is clean, comfortable & value for money. I would recommend this hotel to other travellers. |

I found the staff to be very helpful and accomodating, the room was clean and tidy, with a window looking out over a canal which we loved, they sold tickets for the water ferry which we found very convenient and provided us with a map, areas of interest and information on which ferry to take. Our only problem was we paid the lower price for our room, our bathroom although privately used by us,was down the hall, there are rooms with an ensuite, be sure to check this out. |
