This comfortable 136-room city hotel was built in 2010 and its many facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, lift access and a newspaper stand. Additional amenities include wireless Internet access, conference facilities as well as a restaurant serving classic Italian and international cuisine. The hotel offers room service and a car park and garage for the use of its guests. Situated on the Via Orlanda roadway opposite the San Giuliano Park, the hotel offers stunning views across the Venice Lagoon. Halfway between Venice's historic centre and the Marco Polo Airport (8. 8 km away), the hotel is ideally and conveniently located. In addition to an entertainment programme for children, the hotel offers its guests the use of its indoor swimming pool. A continental breakfast buffet is available.

As of August 24th Venice will implement a new accommodation tax that must be paid by the guest at check out. The fee is from € 1.00 to max € 5.00 per person per night depending on hotel location, hotel category, and seasonality. This apply to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights and children under 10 will be exempt from the tax.
