Facing Rio del Gaffaro, only 5 min by foot from piazzale Roma, the bus, car and ferryboat terminal that takes to the airports of Venice and Treviso. It is also at only 10 min away from the Santa Lucia train and boat stations. The boat stations along the Canal Grande and the Canale della Giudecca reach all the most beautiful and famous places of Venice.
There are no facilities inside the Hotel.

BY PLANE: From Venice's Marco Polo airport and from the airport of Canova in Treviso take one of the shuttle buses for Venice and get off at piazzale Roma. Once at piazzale Roma, enter Venice, the historic center of Giardini Papadopoli (clearly visible: trees, a lot of vegetation ect. ). Cross the bridge, continue straight on and cross a 2nd bridge, smaller than the 1st. Turn right onto fondamenta dei Tolentini and, at the end of the fondamenta, turn left onto fondamenta Minotto. Continue for another for another 200 m and you will have arrived at the Hotel.
